when i was in london a couple of years ago, i was blown away by the reasonable quality of top shop’s shoes. my then-coworker suggested i pay dune in soho a visit. needless to say, i left the store with several new boxes and had to have my london office ship them back to me in LA. “middle ground” shoes in the u.s. suffer in quality, and manufacturers like dune present...
